How to Bake Your Rotolo
The Rotolo is made much like a Swiss Roll and is sliced for your convenience. Tier your sliced Rotolo on a bed of Napolitana or Béchamel sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese & knobs of butter & bake quickly.
