The best way to cook your Gnocchi
When cooking your gnocchi it is most important to use a large pot and as much water as possible, as the key is to allow the Gnocchi to rise to the surface as quickly as possible.
Once on the surface, allow a further 30 seconds to finish cooking. Avoid cooking large quantities at one time.

The best ways to serve your Gnocchi
The basic way to serve Gnocchi is to lightly sauté in a pan with Napolitana Sauce.
Top with Parmesan cheese, roasted garlic & crispy sage.

Slightly richer sauces include our famous Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce and the classic Italian Pesto Sauce.
